The desk works five days a week: 24/5 Trading Desk Support, Monday 00:00 UTC to Friday 24:00 UTC. We read every email and reply in the order it arrived. Weekend messages wait until Monday. Tell us which page you were on and what you expected, because it helps us answer faster. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or identity documents by email.

Nexus Invest AI complaints
Write to the complaints address with your name, the email you used and what happened. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 business hours. Complaints about money, trades or accounts may also need to go to the broker and, where one exists, its ombudsman or dispute scheme.
How to report a fake website or fraud
If a site, advert, message or caller uses our name and is not on nexusinvestai.io and app.nexusinvestai.io, it is not us. Send the address, a screenshot and the date to the complaints address. Do not click links in it, and never pay anyone who contacts you first.
