The Nexus Invest AI company: who is behind the software
The Nexus Invest AI company is a small trading software company with a narrow job: build rule-based trading software, explain it honestly, and stay well away from your money. This page says who we are, what the software does and how we are paid.
Mission and method of the Nexus Invest AI company
Our mission is to make automated trading understandable to someone who has never used it. Our method is to put the unglamorous facts first: what it costs, who holds the money, how you can lose and how you can leave. A product that survives that does not need decoration. One that does not should not be sold.
What the software actually is
Nexus Invest AI is rule-based trading software. You choose the markets, the share of your account to risk on each trade (1% to 5%), and your stop-loss and take-profit levels. When those rules are met, the software sends an order to your executing broker. A Halt Execution control stops new orders in one click.
It does not forecast prices. It does not use quantum computing, whatever our operating company’s legal name suggests. The letters “AI” in our name are branding, not a promise of intelligence, and nothing here is a promise of results.
Who owns Nexus Invest AI
Nexus Invest AI is a trading name of Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales. The number, the address and a link to Companies House are in the table, so you can compare them with the public record. We have not put personal names or portraits on this page. The company is the accountable party, and it is the part you can check.

Where your money sits
Your deposit never comes to us. It goes to an executing broker licensed for your country, which holds it in a client account, executes your trades and clears them. The broker, its regulator and its licence number are in the broker table. Read the broker’s own terms before you deposit anything.
How Nexus Invest AI makes money
We are a software vendor and a marketing affiliate. Brokers pay us rebates and referral fees for the clients we introduce. You pay us nothing, and it does not change the spread. But we earn when you open a live account, which gives us a reason to want you to sign up. That is why the costs and risks sit above the form, why every page carries an advertising disclosure at the top, and why our review says it is not independent.
What we do not do
- We do not use celebrities, newsreaders or actors. Adverts that claim otherwise are fake.
- We do not publish profit screenshots, earnings projections or testimonials.
- We do not run countdown clocks, invented scarcity or live-profit tickers.
How we think about trust
Trust is mostly a matter of being easy to check. Where a claim can be verified, we link the source or give the number. Where it cannot, we leave it out. If you find something here that you cannot check, tell us, and we will show the evidence or take the claim down.
When something goes wrong
